Chelsea Watts

Chelsea is the Digital Resources Coordinator and serves as a member of the Network Services Team. She coordinates OLIS web services and online resources. In addition, she provides support for digital initiatives such as the Rhode Island hub for the Digital Public Library of America. Prior to joining OLIS, she worked as a contractor librarian for the McLaughlin Research Corporation, providing remote and in-person research support and digital library outreach at a science and technology library servicing the U.S. Navy. She has also held positions in reference or in the area of digital initiatives at Rhode Island public and academic libraries. Chelsea holds a Master of Library and Information Studies and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Rhode Island and a BA in Creative Writing from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.
